By making a purchase of any Service or Digital Product with Natalia Fidyka, the purchaser (Client) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:

Confidentiality

All interactions which take place in the setting of therapy are considered confidential.

There are some limits to this agreement.

1. If there is evidence that you are a danger to yourself or others I may be obligated to breach confidentiality to maintain your safety, or the safety of others.
2. In some legal proceedings a judge may issue a court order, and subpoena client notes. This would require me to volunteer clinical client notes to the court.
3. If I learn of or believe that there is a physical or sexual abuse or neglect of any person under 18 years of age, I must report this information to child protection services.
4. Psychologists are required to have ongoing professional development to maintain ethical and professional standards and this includes consulting with senior psychologists relating to client work. In these cases, no personally identifiable information will be used to discuss this case. The persons with whom I discuss cases are also legally bound to keep information confidential.
5. If you are being treated under a mental health care plan through Medicare, psychologists are required to provide the treating General practitioner with brief reports at the onset of treatment, and the 6th session, and at completion. The information provided by Natalia is as confidential as possible whilst ensuring obligations to Medicare are being met.

Appointment Changes, Cancellations & Refund (psychology)

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment any time prior to 48 hours of your appointment.  For appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, the session is charged in full.
If you are late for your session, the session will still be completed as per the booked appointment, to ensure other appointments aren’t impacted.
Natalia will use her own discretion whether to offer flexibility on these terms.

Refunds (art, workshops, events & digital product)

Art works or other paraphernalia purchased will only be refunded if faulty upon purchase.  There are not refunds for webinars or courses. Refunds relating to in-person workshops and retreats will be possible pending the unique terms and conditions of each workshop/retreat.

Payment

Payment for therapy is processed by bank transfer at the end of session, or once you have the details you can pay just prior.

Intellectual property and Art Work

If you purchase a course or pre-recorded webinar please respect the intellectual property and do not share you login details or downloads with others. All the work is created by Natalia Fidyka and is not to be used in any other format other than for the personal use of the purchaser. Copy right laws apply.
